I will not be back. My kids had an appointment at 1:30pm today, September 16,2025. We arrived at 1:15. Doors were locked and a sign on the door said the staff was on break. We waited until 1:54, door still locked, and no one would answer the phone. Terrible experience and my kids missed school for no reason. I do NOT recommend this office. We will be finding a new family dentist that wants our business. Also, scrolling through reviews, I’ve noticed she only responds to 5 star reviews. Lol what a joke of a practice.

I had a scheduled dental appointment today at 11:15 Unfortunately, when I arrived at the office, the doors were closed and no one was present to greet or inform patients. I received no prior notification about the office being closed or the appointment being canceled. As a parent, I made specific arrangements including picking my son up early from school to ensure we could attend this appointment. The lack of communication caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. And this is not the first time that has happened to us. This might be the fifth time this has happened.

While I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, I strongly believe the office should have sent a message, call, or email to notify patients in advance. I know the system typically sends out appointment reminders, so a cancellation notice should be equally prioritized. Dr Moses’ office was so inviting, it made my daughter’s first dental experience that much better. Dr Moses was sweet, informative, and gentle with my 3 year old. Would highly recommend to any parent who is afraid of how their little ones would react at their first appointment!

I don't have any unpleasant experiences with Dr. Moses or the staffing. At times you may hear a complaint about the wait time, however; Dr. Moses is only one person. People need to realize that she gives her best for each patient. She does not do a rush job to get you in and out. If there is a problem they are all there to make sure your child is very well taken care of, so she may take a little longer for some versus others! I say keep up the great work, because you can not ask for a better Pediatric Dentistry that takes the time to know your children and set up personal care plans to keep them healthy!
